Just for a minute. About Devon. He's going to be a Freshman this year and he made the school soccer team. And even sort of the Varsity team. We live in a pretty big city so we have 2 high schools but even so there are alot of kids in competition for the coveted sports slots like soccer and football. Devon's been playing soccer on and off since 2nd grade and Doug's coached him a bunch. Anyway, he came off the field from tryouts the other night saying he was going to be the JV starting keeper because he was the Varsity back up keeper but they didn't want him sitting on the bench the whole season so he was going to play JV too. And he meant TOO. He's now practicing with both teams and is going to a jamboree on Sunday with the varsity team. We're very proud of him for making the team!
